The reason why you should buy a house right now is that there has never been a better time to take advantage of the current economic climate facing all South Africans. The Christmas holiday is already all but a distant memory. The credit card statement has been paid and the holiday snaps, that were brilliant technicolour a few weeks ago, have already faded into black and white in our memory. But life keeps moving on, minute by minute. Of that we are still certain. And so if you were thinking of moving house a few weeks ago now is the very best time to action that thought.
Whatever may be heading our way, be it politics or economics, are still going to happen; but right now while everyone else is sitting on the fence, the smart buyers are getting an exceptionally good deal. And the reason being is that the confident buyer who knows what he's looking for, is taking advantage of all those that are idly waiting for something to happen.
