Terms and Conditions:
Homes of Distinction organises the "HOD Father's Day Campaign" (hereto, referred to as "the Campaign").
1. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
2. The Campaign will run from 10 June 2024 to 16 Jun 2024. Entries received outside of
this period will not be eligible for the draw. The Draw will take place on 18 June 2024.

4. The Campaign offers participants a chance to WIN a R2500 Braai Hamper:

The Hamper has a value of R2500.
6. Homes of Distinction Area Allocation:
To qualify for the draw, you must reside within our service area. Please consult the map provided below. To claim the prize, you must provide proof of address and a copy of your ID.

7. Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee winning the prize. The winner will be
selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. (Comments on the post.)
8. The winner of the Hamper will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process or via Facebook message.
9. The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
10. Homes of Distinction will hand over the Hamper at their Homes of Distinction head office. 5 Somerset Office Park, 5 Libertas Road, Bryanston
11. Homes of Distinction reserve the right to modify, suspend, or
terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
12. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to release Homes of Distinction and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any liabilities or damages arising from or in connection with the Campaign or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. Homes of Distinction reserve the right to use the name and image of the winner for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.|
14. Participation in the Campaign constitutes the participant's full and unconditional
agreement to these terms and conditions.
15. Any personal information provided by the participants will be used in accordance with the
Privacy Policy of Homes of Distinction.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Homes of
Distinction is located, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
