Few plants can rival the natural, welcoming fragrance of Jasmine. For many decades, it has been a garden favourite, climbing walls and entryways and showing off with delicate white flowers. Here’s why adding Jasmine into your garden is simply a must; 

• Jasmine is a hardy plant that requires minimal maintenance.
   
• This evergreen plant will keep your garden lively throughout the year.
   
• Jasmine does well in full sun to partial shade, making it a happy plant in many different areas of your garden.
   
• During late winter through spring, jasmine will produce hundreds of petite white flowers with a distinct fragrance. 
   
• Originally from China, Jasmine has become a favourite garden plant around the world.
   
• While the flowers on Jasmine only last a few days, they are quickly replaced with more, giving gardeners months of floral enjoyment.
   
• Reaching between four to five meters in length, Jasmine makes for a perfect wall covering vine that will grow relatively quickly.
   
• For smaller gardens, it is recommended to keep Jasmine in a container for easier maintenance, as it can quickly get out of control if left to its own devices.
   
• The buds on Jasmine start with a pretty pink colour but open into a stunning white.
   
• Jasmine should be watered moderately although it can be kept drier during the winter months.
   
• Should you wish to prune your jasmine plant, it will be best to cut back unwanted foliage and climbing limbs after the flowering period is over.
