We love to cook and discovering new flavours and different combinations can be thrilling beyond measure, but every now and then, there’s nothing that can satisfy more than an old-school recipe, passed down from mother to daughter, father to son, for generations. We have searched the web high and low to find recipes that bring back memories of our childhoods and created a menu for an old-school dinner party to reminisce about the good old days of simple and delicious food.

The 50’s were famous for gelatine moulded desserts and there’s no question why. Moscow Mule
This cocktail was a must have during the 40’s and 50’s, any dinner party without these wasn’t a dinner party worth talking about.
